From our office in Lydney staffed by Oma Watkins and Gill Thompson we operate an Information and Advice Service.

We maintain a comprehensive list of the local voluntary and also the statutory agencies in the Forest to whom we can signpost enquiries in the event that we are unable to provide the necessary services ourselves.

Our office is open to the public between 09:30 and 13:00 on weekdays. Messages may be left on our answerphone outside of these hours, and will be dealt with on the next working day.
